Welcome
My name is Barry Miles and along with my wife Jacky, run a small publishing business in Hampshire, England.
We specialise in high quality photographic greeting cards of southern England with a great emphasis on the beautiful Dorset coast and countryside
In addition to my publishing activities I am also a watercolour artist specialising in land and coastal scenes, having had a number of successful one person exhibitions since the early 1980s.
Apart from painting myself I have also had the rare opportunity of writing a number of art books on some of my favourite painters including Edward Wesson, Trevor Chamberlain, Barry Peckham and Edward Vine and also wrote the text for a book about my home city of Southampton with photographs by Neville Stanikk.
So I hope you enjoy the marvellous photographs of Dorset and The New Forest and have time to view my impressions of the English coast and countryside in pencil and watercolour.
